Coach Dave was a great coach and mentor to my two sons about 7 or 8 years ago when we were fortunate enough to play for the Bandits. As a family we had a lot of fun playing youth baseball with Dave. We have great memories of those days that we’ll treasure for years!

We have had a great experience with the Bandits. My son's baseball IQ has greatly increased since being on the team. His progression with throwing and hitting has exploded. He went from hitting every once in a while to crushing the ball almost every time he's up to bat. The coaching is very constructive in a positive way, no screaming, yelling amd cussing at the kids, which we have experienced on other teams. All in all, great team to be a part of.

When my boys were young (8yrs old) me and my wife wanted them to play baseball, we looked at several recreational leagues and found the Queen Creek Pony League. During this search we found a team called the Bandits coached by a guy named Dave. We took the chance on Coach Dave as he was a coach that I would have wanted as a kid. During our time with the Bandits my kids learned how to play baseball the correct way while also having fun. Coach Dave was very serios about the fundamentals of the game and stressed that hard work pays off. Coach Dave was a mentor to my boys but was also a guy they looked up to and trusted with his coaching knowledge. I don't know where my boys would have ended up without the knowledge of coach Dave. I would like to say that my boys are currently successful D-1 players for the University of Arizona Wildcat Baseball team, and it all started with Coach Dave. What else is there to say! I owe coach Dave everything for teaching them how to play the game the right way at such a young age. Thank you, Coach Dave, as you were always such a big part of my boy's life and baseball career.

Bandits Baseball is an amazing organization. Coach Dave is very knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about the players and their success, on and off the field. Bandits baseball teaches fundamentals, sportsmanship, effort, teamwork and character. We are thankful to be part of the Bandit’s family!

Coach Dave was one of the first coaches our family had any experience with when it comes to organized, competitive baseball. That was over 10 years ago. He helped my boys develop a love and respect for learning and playing the game. Cannot recommend Coach Dave enough! He’s a favorite!

I played with the Bandits for years, growing up in the Bandits organization, I learned alot about the game and simply being good person. Coach Dave taught me an extensive amount of baseball knowledge and correct fundamentals, since I was about 8 years old. I am now a senior in High School about to go play college baseball. With the Bandits program I was able to develop as a player and a leader, as a whole. Bandits baseball is the perfect mix of a fun and competitive environment with the goal of getting better every day. Coach Dave and the Bandits organization set me on a great path for success going into the future!

Don’t let the Boston accent fool you-this guy knows baseball! Even more important than that he understands how to interact with kids,keeps it fun and knows youth baseball is all about development. I give Dave Poldoian my highest recommendation.
